Glory Group Development (GGD) was the general contractor for Navoiyazot finished-goods warehouse. The client is Navoiyazot AJ. Location: Navoi. The total floor area is 4,300 m². Work started in April 2022 and was completed in March 2023; the project took 12 months. As part of the project, GGD carried out: Earthworks and foundations, Industrial concrete floors, Steel frame erection, Roofing and sandwich wall panels, Gates and loading docks, Supply and exhaust ventilation, Power supply and warehouse lighting, Fire alarm and fire suppression, Access roads and hardstanding.

The task

To build a finished-goods warehouse of 4,300 m² on the grounds of the operating Navoiyazot plant in Navoi. The warehouse is meant for storing packaged products and loading them onto road and rail transport. The work took place on an active industrial site, so the contractor agreed vehicle routes and working hours with the plant's security service.
