Responsibilities: — prepare cost estimates from design documents; — calculate work volumes and material needs; — prepare acts of completed work and settlements with subcontractors; — compare estimates with actual costs; — prepare commercial calculations for clients. Requirements: — higher education in construction or economics; — at least 2 years of experience preparing construction estimates; — knowledge of Uzbekistan's estimating standards; — confident use of Excel and estimating software; — ability to read drawings. Conditions: — formal employment; — office work in Tashkent; — estimating work on different types of projects; — salary is discussed at the interview.
